Puddles & Lightning Bugs

We had some very loud thunderstorms early this morning followed by periods of sunny blue sky interspersed with more rain. We even saw a rainbow! All of the rain created lots and lots of puddles so it wasn't surprising that Gibson made a beeline for the puddles along the path at our neighborhood field as soon as he spotted them. He seems to be able to spot water anywhere! For the first time, he splashed in the puddles by walking through them. What a smile on his face!

While Gibson was splashing, Logan was searching for lightning bugs. He caught quite a few and brought one home to add to his bug collection.
